i dont think the court checks it against the IRS. i think they just use your copy of the returns you have to file. maybe i missed something in the conversation though.Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!

well i dont work there so i wont stake your ribs on it but why would they then have you bring in paperwork thtey could just push a button for and print out in a snap if its that easy.too much work. they force it on the attorney to collect it and if its fraudulent then you in deep doo doo lol
