    So basically, if we pick an attny in the next few days, we're looking at mid-March for filing at this point. We've been kinda hanging out waiting on the new numbers to show up at the DOJ and letting more time pass. Guess it doesn't matter, it'll take us longer than that to file anyway.

    That kinda explained why the one was not really concerned with our charges. The phone Consult attny. He said for us to run our taxes and see where that stood, then give him a call. We knew we'd owe due the 401K/IRA distribution, it's just how much. Of course, tax stuff comes the end of January. It finally all arrived over the weekend. Blech. And we've not run the State yet. Won't even go there. No refund here for the Trustee take.
