    again, it will be interesting to see if you can do that or not. most things i read state the physical injury and death context for not being able to discharge the debt.

    will a $11,000 fender bender with a mecedes be dischargable?

    if you dont have insurance? (breaking law)

    if you have insurance but not enough to cover the entire debt, but you were at fault for talking on cell phone and running red light?
