You are right about the whole yes your honor thing. But what if sinkingfast or lets just say my parents decided hey that's my car because I paid for it with my money. I'm not the one filing bankruptcy he is. You think it's fair for the court to take their money? That's all im getting at really.

It isn't their money any longer. If they bought the car and gave it to you, it is your car. When you give someone something, you cease to have control/say over it. If they loaned you a car-while retaining ownership-different story.

That's where the lien come in. Who's to say that a lien can't hold up in court just because it is their mother/father? Is it illegal for ones parents to make their own lien on the car? I don't see why it would be in my own eyes.

Just like in sinkingfasts situation. Had they written up a contract saying hey you owe me htis much by this amount of time then whos to say there is equity on the vehicle just because it isn't on a 'corporate' loan? What if I hadn't paid any of it yet. So the c ar is paid for technically by my parents.. but not by me.

In the end, when everyone is groaning about me getting off topic ONCE AGAIN, just remember its your fault.

In the past few days:

1. My 5 year old was run over on a bicycle by a 7 year old who should have had parental supervision. I had to be the mature parent, bringing it to their attention, but I couldn't say what I really wanted to. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR CHILD and TEACH THEM TO NOT BE A HOODLUM. (Same kid has been known to steal things from other people's yards and then paint them to disguise them.)

2. My 4 year old has reverted and decided she doesn't want to be potty trained. This is the same child that gave herself the haircut a couple of weeks ago and here lately, each morning when its time for me to go to work tries to think of a new way to keep from leaving.

3. My 7 year old thinks he is one of the parents and decided that his 5 year old sister didn't need an afternoon snack, so she went in the freezer and ate frozen chicken nuggets. This same child often gets caught hiding food in her room, in her pockets, in HER BROTHER'S SOCK. We DO feed her-I promise. She seems to think she is a squirrel though.

Ok everyone-stop laughing at my life & get up off the floor, we can go back to discussing BK now.

Graphic-the lien would have been valid regardless of the relationship. It would be questioned, though, if the lien was entered at a different time than the agreement. (You can put any date on the agreement, to show that it happened a while ago, but the lien would show when it was actually entered.) And, if the lien was added recently-since it is a family matter-it would be questioned as it would be a transfer of property to an insider.

ok each one of those cases show a serious problem with your children.

- first one - needs to look both ways before walking blindly around like she is a happy child. punish her until she is sad. then maybe she will be more fearful of things and look around and behind here back more too.

- second one - my pumpkin is pooing her diapers now? oh my. thats ok. she is my precious. ill get her a litter box. problem solved. actually, you are not spending enough time with her. she is having issues due to that.

- third one - he is taking charge. just doesnt know what he is suposed to do with the authority though. have him watch south park more to get guidance.

- as for the hiding of food. that is actually indicative of a serious problem ahead i believe. i saw it on ophra maybe. search the internet and get the answer. or just put a fridge in her room.
