    Info on Exemptions for Ohio Filers

    I found this and thought that it might help a few out there who had questions concerning some types of exemptions.

    They can also check the exemptins section of the forum for all state exemptions..... Hopefully all those will be updated soon...

      I think a lot of States went thru and updated last year in anticipation of the the New BK Law.

      Missouri voted in new exemptions in August of 2005. Great improvement over the old exemptions!!
      Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
      Discharged - 12/2006
      Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007
      Closed - 04/2007
