MOTION DENIED B/C your an IDIOT!

    LOL.

MARCH 6--In what is surely a first for the federal judiciary, a Texas bankruptcy judge has quoted from the Adam Sandler film canon in a recent opinion. Dismissing a motion due to "incomprehensibility,

Can someone look at this case and see what the guy did? Must have been pretty bad for the judge to write what he did.

I'll look it up & post back... I should be able to pull up the case file for under $10, and I have no balance w/ Pacer right now...

When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. And who writes a 23 page answer? Again, I didn't read it but my jaw dropped when I saw how long it was. Perhaps he was trying to bluff them into dropping it?

That's prolly it. Bluff with Fluff.

Make some reasonably inane arguement to start that sounds like it has basis, and then just ramble on with tons of cream filling. Finish off some reasonable sounding comment at the end.

Thats why the judge called him an "idiot" and ruled on the case...... none of his paperwork made "sense".......

LOL - I thought that was FUNNY..................

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.

I got some good grades on papers in College doing that.

Lull the prof to sleep in the first few paragraphs, hoping they don't read until the end. Fill in with lots of Yah De Yah De Yah stuff. Write one heck of a "In conclusion" paragraph at the end. Voila! A decent grade!!

Profs aren't Judges, tho. And a college class grade ain't a legal proceeding!!
