Got the last bit of info in to the attorney's office today. We were missing our '04 tax return as we filed online. The schedules were filed with the Trustee yesterday. I'll be so glad when our 341 meeting is over and done with! Anyone else in this situation? I was reading about BKfiler's barbecue and it sounded like quite a "shindig" as we say here in the South!

Yes we have all been there where you are now..... And yes its very stressfull and frustrating... But when it's over, you will be so relieved and glad that you did it.....

Afterwards, life will calm down, your soul will be peaceful once again and you can get on with living life as it should be - LOVE, LAUGH, LIVE............

Yes, bkfilers BBQ Day was "fantastic"..... We all had a blast that day............ That bkfiler is quite a fella?? I think!! A big flirt, lots of fun, and full of information...........

Hi Jane,

I am in the same boat. Atty filing tommorrow. My anxiety level is high. But this anxiety thing has been going on a long time now. I just want peace. I want to be able to sleep at night. I think I have aged 10 years over all this.

No kidding!!! Our 341 is set for 4/4/2006. I find out the end of April whether my job will still be funded! Thankfully, my husband got a huge promotion and raise which helps a lot. I know God will take care of us and we've done everything we've needed to legally.

My anxiety comes and goes. At least I am sleeping well! I'm really grumpy when I don't sleep.

We have all been thru the anxiety, lack of sleep, and wondering what's going to happen routine..........
We can sympathize with ya!!!
Just be patient, breath deeply, think of pleasanter thoughts, and hopefully it will all be over soon and life will start being good again..... with a big sigh of relief..... and debt free....
