Havent gotten bk paperwork yet...

I went to court on January 23rd, and its almost the first of april. Should I have gotten my paperwork yet? I have moved, and changed my address with the post office, but still havent gotten anything.
Should I be concerned, or should I just wait? They are probably extremely backlogged due to all the filings that happend due to the law change.


Please let me know your feedback.

That could possibly be the case. Backlogged. I know when I was calling for Consults back in January, one of the attnys who happens to be a Ch 7 Trustee wasn't even taking Consult appts until now. So Backlog could be the reason.

But just to be on the safe side,.......... If you filed with an attny, contact your attny and ask what's going on. If you filed Pro Se, call the Court House and ask to speak to the Clerk of the BK Court. See if the Clerk will tell you what's going on or who to contact to find out.
