    Online Bankruptcy Petition Filers

Are there any online Chapter 7 petition filers that anyone can reccomend? Most of the old posts completely bash Bridgeport Bankruptcy, so I'm reluctant to use them. Does anyone have any good experiences with these services?
    Thanks,
    Tom D.

    Just a FYI,..............

I personally feel like, at this point, I've spent enough time and research learning that I could competently complete and file our petitions. Even properly use our exemptions. We personally decided with the changes associated with New Law, and the fact that the Courts, Trustees, and attnys are all feeling things out, we didn't wanna go Pro Se.

When we met with and hired our attny last week, he said EVERY Pro Se New Law filing has been dismissed in the Court here.

The Court finds a problem with the petition, but does not inform the filer what the problem is. The Court just boots the petition, gives the filer 45 days to fix the problem and resubmit. So far, no Pro Se filer has successfully resubmitted their petition to the Court here. EVERY Pro Se filing has been dismissed in the BK Court here.

What state are you in? I haven't heard of this happening in NJ. Are you certain that the BK attorney was accurate?
      Thanks,

The attny had just gotten off the phone with the US Trustee right before our Consult.
