Frustrating....

It is so frustrating that my 341 is Friday and today I get these calls from Attys office saying that I still need to get them some forms from the bank regarding my mortgage...why don't they wait until Friday for goodness sake!! Talk about scurring to get this done in time. I do not want to delay this any longer!!!

I love my attys office but this is a little uncalled for if you ask me!!

When we were at the attny's office, the paralegal had a check list she went down and I rifled thru our expandable file folder we carried with us.

We gave her everything we had with us that she asked for. The stack was at least 2 feet tall. And we left the office with a list of assorted other documents we happened not to have with us. Got those gathered up and turned in the next day.

At least you do have a couple days notice and they didn't call Friday morning 10 minutes before your 341 was scheduled!! That's something. The silver lining??!!
