Here you go Tenchi:
https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/index.jsp
The reports are free, but the site wants to charge you to get your FICO scores.
That's where we got our Credit Reports for the attny.
Also, you'll note, the addresses on the Credit Reports are totally different than anything you've seen on a statement. Our attny plans to use every address he has for any Creditor so the Creditors can't play the "I didn't get notified" game. Every address will get a letter of notification. I don't know if that's from the Court or from his office.Filed Ch 7 - 09/06

thanks a lot SinkingFast. I plan on doing just that, listing all the addresses I can find from each creditor. My attorney only asked for the most recent statement from each one but I figure, it couldn't hurt any to include everything I can find.
Now I have to slog through the 50 some odd page questionaire my attorney gave me. It'll probably take me a week especailly since I have to check out garrage sales to see what prices my assets are worth.Retained an Attorney to file 4/19/2006

Just a tip for getting values for you, Techni.
Start at Goodwill. Ours has clothes and such, but no furniture. We also have a Mission outlet that sells used appliances and some furniture items.
I got a lot of my pricing on-line at eBay and Goodwill.
Goodwill has an on-line Auction website for all kinds of things. Mainly larger pieces like furniture and appliances. And, the best bit about the Goodwill auction,............. Goodwill sets a base price that the item opens at. So even if it doesn't sell, you've got a number to use for your old sofa, or dining table, or recliner chair.
I told our attny about the Goodwill on-line auction. He asked if there was some sort of base price to open. I said Yep, and the attny said OK!Filed Ch 7 - 09/06

Thanks for the tips SinkingFast. So far I'm justing using excel to list everything I own room by room. I figure I'd look up the prices after the list is done.Retained an Attorney to file 4/19/2006

Not sure about where you live, but for us, we're using State exemptions. Where we're filing, the State considers only the Common Use areas of the house and your bedroom for the Household Items. The attny said the kids' rooms, furniture, clothing, and things are just that. The kids' things.
If we were using Federal Exemptions, we'd have to follow the Federal rules which do include the kids' things.
You might check with your attny and see if that's the case where you are.Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
