listing of creditors with 0 balances

Hi,

When filing for Ch7, do we have to list the creditors with "0" balances?

We did not list anybody with a zero balance. Some will still close your accounts when they get wind of your bk, others will not. We had a zero balance with Dell and our account with them is still good. Depends on the company I guess.

U list the creditors ur filing BK with although some can find out anyways. Meaning its safer to list all creditors but if u still want to maintain a relationship with others that u dont owe I wouldnt list them
