New healthcare allowance per family member, amount for 2 cars equal instead of 1st allowance more than second, some changes to mortgage/rent and living expenses (it all washed in my case), cell phone now part of living expenses,.

I figured mine up by allowances only and came out an additional $150 mo ahead. I think that the healthcare allowance without necessary justification is a bonus.
