Countrywide in Florida

It appears Countrywide is under investigation in Florida as it is in many states. Part of the investigation centers around how borrowers are being treated in bankruptcy. Does anyone know more details on this? Below is an article from the Orlando paper.

I live in Florida and have a mortgage through Countrywide. We filed last Thursday 1/24. Today, on Pacer, I see motion to lift Automatic Stay filed by an attorney for Countrywide.

How long were you behind on your loan for them to lift the stay?
I also have a loan with them (used to) LOL.
