Wow! What a good post about Sanctions!

Its really good to see that the court recognized that the CA exhibited "arrogant defiance" and charged not only additional penalties but a per diem charge too.

Maybe we should make this a sticky and everytime someone finds a case where sanctions and penalties are charged to an OC or a CA add it to this thread. Then when we run into issues with violations we can always come here for the relevant cases....

Does this mean they can start calling Delta Management Associates, Inc. and all of their relatives demanding payment every 5 minutes?
Golden Jubilee was a year-long celebration held every 50 years in which all bondmen were freed, mortgaged lands were restored to the original owners, and land was left fallow: Lev. 25:8-17

        Now that would be nice.

What the hell are our politicians doing to protect us from CA's and any unethical collection behavior? Absolutely nothing

Same way they did nothing to prevent this crisis in the first place yet now have the nerve to question AIG.
