MP3-818...how do I download songs?

    MP3-818...how do I download songs?

    I just got this little gizmo with my Office Depot order for work...for free...it doesn't really have any instructions on how to download music from the computer.

    I have put the little cd in my computer, it reads "removable disck (e)...but I have no idea what to do next?

    Help?:

    Okay,
    If you have music already downloaded on your pc - then pick out the songs you want to download, mark them, and then either "copy" or "send" to disk "E"..... You should see them copy over on the little disk.......

    Same principal as if you were downloading pictures to a disk...... or saving a document to disk.....

      I have no idea how to download music to my pc. This little thing just came with a mini disc that goes in the little slide drawer shuts & doesn't do anything...I'm totally confused...but...did find setbreak.com that has a ton of Grateful Dead on it (at least to me....I'm not a taper...lol)

        Ok, find a "friend" that can help you......

        Better yet "find a kid" - they are pro's on this kind of thing......

        Do like me a buy a book called "How to us a PC - for DUMMIES"............ EXECELLENT BOOK.......... used it for many years........ when I'd get stuck.....

        Its really simple to do - just complicated to us older folks - the kids are the pro's...... We have a tendency to make things complicated at times when they are not......

            My kids are coming into town & I'm going to give the darn thing to them & my xhusband and see if they can get it working...I'm over it!

              COMON..... DON'T GIVE UP SO EASY.............
              PC's aren't hard to operate, its the operator that makes them hard to work!!!!

              I'm older than you and I don't have any problems now...... I started learning on them in the early 80's.... when you had to learn DOS to operate one...... NOW THAT WAS A BAD TIME..................


              On your pc go under seach and key in "downloading music" and follow the instructions.......

              REMEMBER PATIENCE................ but if your like my roommate you made need to develop some along the way too.................LOL.....

              Or wait on the kids..........they'll fix it for you in a little bit and have it ready to go...............

              Be sure they show you how or write it down for you.....
