4. Help us with guidelines
5. Encourage us thru the entire process
6. Remind us "Everybody makes mistakes"
7. Correct us when we're wrong
8. They "wish" us the best in life
9. Are sincere in their "interest" in our cases
10. Quick to respond to our questions
