twuoo, the idea I am looking into is becoming a Driving Instructor on a part time basis, personally speaking I would not have thought of this idea, I have been doing some research on the subject , its not very hard to obtain a License for this, the main criteria being, one should have a lot of patience because people are going to make mistakes, this idea will work well for me as it would fit into my work schedule, i finish work at 3pm, that leaves about 3-4 hours in the evenings to do something.
People this is what I mean, one little idea is like a seed in someones mind, germinating into something that will have an affect on their lives so after reading this thread leave some thing for someone else. today is Christmas so its my hope that everyone is having a blessed and peaceful day, letting worry and other thing pass from minds as we celebrate this day of our Lords Birth, also we must remember that his birth was a promise for all of us to be able to regain what Adam had lost when he disobeyed God as John 3.16 stated.
Merry Christmas.

Yesterday evening I hosted Christmas dinner for quite a bit of family (I think I need traction today but have a long travel day ahead of me!!!). Anyway, one of my daughters who traveled in from out-of-state asked the question; "What was the best moment for you this past year?" Everyone came out with various remarks and when it was my turn I just mentioned "Being able to count my blessings." I think I stunned the table because I didn't mention something like a trip to the moon or a big luxury purchase. When things are bad or have been bad, you just need to take a moment to realize what you do actually have and count those blessings. It does help and should give one motivation to be able to continue to count those blessings during the years to come. Life offers a lot even in these bad times - it's not handed to you; you have to go get it._________________________________________

Just watch "Housewives of Orange County". They certainly are not smarter, just more self-interested and willing to screw someone over."You once asked me for advice. You want some now? Never pass up a good thing." Lieutenant Jean Rasczak, Starship Troopers

I started to learn about "internet marketing" and Search Engine Optimization ( SEO). I am using "google's adsense( like this forum) on a blog to make some extra money.
Using this site as an example.. You type "bankruptcy forum" into google. It returns 1.5 million pages. This site is on top of the results returned. I am learning how to take a website/blog and push it to the first page of google. Whether moving a product or service you want it to be found. This is what I have been learning and practicing for almost a year.
I made a blog discussing how I arrived at Bankruptcy and what I have been doing and I learned from this forum. My blog is ranked on the first page of google for a large city + bankruptcy. I discussed this with my attorney and he did not want to talk details( potential income).
I told him would you be interested if I built a website and let you advertise on it or let you buy the site? He said "yes" but they used to have a website and people could not find him unless they actually knew the name of his firm. However, if I could rank a website or blog for lets say "New York Bankruptcy" and it was listed on the first page of a search engine he would definitely be interested.
If your interested type "how to make money online" and look for Grizz website. He offers free lessons on how to rank your site. He has two sites ranked. One is "ugly" as he wants it that way. BTW.. he ranks in the top 10 out of 43 million pages.. This is how I plan to make money...

I own my condo and in the mailroom's bulletin board there are always ads for services offered or requested. I am fortunate in that I do not need a second job to meet my budget, but extra money always comes in handy and especially at Christmas. I love animals and answered a condo ad for a catsitter from December 23 through January 3. It turned out the cat owner lives 3 doors from me, so I met a neighbor in the process. She paid me $200 in advance (for 12 days) to make sure her cat had fresh Science Diet dry food, fresh water, a clean litter box and also about 45 minutes a day out on the balcony for "fresh air." It all takes an hour each day, and I read a book while the kitty is out on the balcony. Easy money.
The ads in the complex's mailroom include manicures and haircuts "in your home or mine", and a vast array of handymen, a/c repairmen, plumbers, etc.BK 7 filed and discharged in 2004 after 30+ years of perfect credit. Life HAPPENS.
