If you were a customer of Bank of America between 2000 and 2007 you are elegible for a payment of up to $78 if you had at least one overdraft charge. Go to clossonsettlement.com and file a claim.

I wish there was one for US Bank... talk about shady practices. Though $78 wouldn't even come close to what they took from me before I smartened up and closed the account.

01/27/09 - case dismissed and closed - 02/24/09 - case reopened and dismissal vacated
04/01/09 - new 341 scheduled
6/02/09 - DISCHARGED!!!
