Standard deduction and personal exemption went up to adjust for inflation. They adjusted some other things also. Maybe that is what you are seeing. Not sure how that factors in with a paycheck since I have been self employed forever lol.
I noticed it back in January- not much... According to the White House- we'll see an extra $40.00 per month for single people starting April... Just in time for the rising gas prices...

You probably weren't seeing the stimulus increase in your paycheck though. The withholding tables were just released last week

if you read my response- I never said it was the stimulus increase- which was voted on last month-(Feb 2009) for the decrease in federal tax withholdings that i saw in January 2009..
