In short, I'm being sued.
I owe a credit card company some money. Due to business being way off I can't pay it. I rec'd a summons/complaint and I have to respond. It is over $10K but less than $25K. BTW, i don't have the money for an attorney but I just need to respond.
I was advised to use this form -
I need to figure out exactly how to fill it out. I don't mean the exact words but how to do it the right way.
