    Just for fun and......

I found my vehicle..Yes, in fact it's at the original sellers "Secondary" lot...

No, now I am NOT ever, ever, EVER planning to do anything illegal..But I am thinking of "messing with their minds"

Nothing major...Maybe a small movement..Like parking it behind the building..Just kidding folks...Maybe a note on the glove compartment "Don't buy this death trap"

I'll just think about it...but that's fun too...

you mean like 'pull' a wire out of the O2 sensor, or smash the front and back two spark plug nodes a little too close or put 2 2-liter bottles of mountain dew in the gas tank. that might help tune it up a bit.

      Whoa! No way! That's VADALISM!!!!

But! I have figured out one "Legal" thing...The keys I have, have a "Panic" alarm and when it is activated, you HAVE to have the set to shut it off...

That means, the protective company calls the dealer, they call employee and they have to get up and turn it OFF...

The funny thing is, if I "Set it off" during the day, odds are that the dealer might be trying to sell it, the buyer is NOT going to want a vehicle whose panic alarm goes off at odd times!

Whatever you would do would hurt someone who is uninvolved. It is over, best let it go. I know you are thinking out loud. It just makes no sense to cause another person consternation, even the Company. When you think of flattening tires or doing odd things remember you ain't right there and someone could get hurt or killed stopping a vehicle in traffic or whatever. I've seen two people die at Bus, one at Sears in Hollywood all from teensy weensy little things that got out of hand.

mountain dew might kill your car, but it wont kill you lol. neither will any of the other things i mentioned. just poor gas milage and poor performance.

however, if you are mechanically dis-inclined maybe you should stick to your original idea.

get 20 cats locked up in there with food and exlax and let them go to town!

          ROFLMAO!

need advice: does cat piss and wet poop cause bodily harm?

Well Robvi, you of course know I really wouldn't do anything...But, here's a thought and maybe someone could help with an answer.

As everyone knows, companies can target and usually figure out what the average consumer can do..

So, say someone comes into a dealership and after the application they see this person "Fits a profile"

They get them into a car they KNOW this person more then likely will NOT be able to afford. So, after they repo it, then they turn around and re-sell it.

The person who loses it, has to then cough up the "Difference" of the prices...So, this dealer can have sold the vehicle 3-5 times! there could be 4 others paying on a vehicle long gone and (Not saying that's too bad for them) but saying they could have been "targeted" for just this purpose!

I wonder if there's anyway to find the sales history of this vehicle.....

OK folks, what I have done....

Yes, I went to the lot (It was closed...Duhhhh)...Checked the vehicle against the "Panic" button and then....Slipped the keys (And a note)
into a baggie and left it there...(Mail drop)

This is what the note said:

              *************************************************
              Sirs,

Enclosed is a set of keys which fit the (Vehicle desc hidden) on your sales lot.

Yes, it was in my mind to mess with you. But it is the end of a year..A year
which I would like to have forgotten, but can't. Nor will I ever forget the lies,
deceit and chicanery you foisted upon me and others.

Yes, I can do nothing. But to advise anyone thinking of dealing with your auto dealership that to do so, is to deal with liars, cheats and that the main focus, is to sell vehicles any way possible...No matter if the buyers cannot really afford it.

You don't care about what you have done to people. Be assured there is one who DOES care and you shall stand before him one day and face JUSTICE.

I bid you goodbye and nothing more.

              **************************************************

Ok, the year is done with and I am done with them!

geneco, you got to learn not to provide evidence of stuff that can be used against you. do you know what will happen if they screw that vehicle up by mistake and blame it on you. you are obviously not neutral and they can prove it now. besides, they could care less about the letter.

you have to be more careful and think it through.

ok, having said that. go back and key that Fu*#@*#*@ car up! lol

Gen's just thinking out loud. Listen, I came darn close to some pretty drastic things in my BK and anyway after Kelo vs. New London I (in a civil tone) let the Whitehouse know I would defend my own property with my gun and my life. I'm on a list now "fer sure". Gen didn't hurt anything and venting helps. Of course, be careful in what you write. when they were going to sieze my truck AAAAAND my old 96 Corsica (the trustee i laid a 4000.00 KBB "excellent condition" deal on me and backed off after the ripped seat photos) I vented the same way. No harm in that...

Now, now BKfiler...You think I was THAT nutty?

Revenge, basically is for those who have been seriously wronged by the parties on the other side. In truth, I did this, they just followed the law and did what they were allowed to.

It did feel VERY good, when the salesman who sold me the vehicle wrote me. I let him know what I felt about him and his company and hoped for their demise...Other then that, nothing more.

His job was to "lead me to the water" I made the choice to sign...Yes, pressure WAS applied..But I caved in...I learned, but that's in the past.

Plus, one thing. Should anything happen to the vehicle, that has it totaled or damaged to major cash..This would sort of hurt me in my BK.

The dealer has taken possesion. They are now responsible. Should the vehicle (Not by my hand/involvement) be destroyed, I'd (Pretty much) be off the hook and thus, reduce my BK amount. I am BY FAR better off if they sell it for say $15,000 and chase me for the other $9,000....

Add that to my CC debt and I look pretty bad. Take it all away..I look pretty good to the trustee...(Shut up, that trustee has to have some major mental problems if they think I'mTHAT good looking) So, I would NEVER try anything agaisnt those who "Had a hand in it" but in no way were intentionally screwing me...

Believe it or not...My therapist asked me what I would do if someone screwed me over...I replied I'd look at all legal avenues and then if nothing, I'd then write a letter calling them every name in the book, threatening major violence do it all in red ink....

The I burn the letter and the matter is resolved in my mind...He was actually pleased..UntilI said "But that's for me, mess with family, you lose kneecaps!"

                            Geneco-

When they pursue someone for the deficiency balance, they have to deduct what they sold it for. That also means they should not be able to send a 'final' bill until it is sold.

                              Thanks Staci...

For those who possibly wondered about the saying "Revenge is a dish, best served cold"

Simply put, that to take revenge, you cannot or shouldn't do it while angry. Thus you make mistakes.

Not that I encourage any sort of it. Revenge should be the "Last option" for anyone and also, it is best to dig a second grave just in case you do decide to take such an action.
