skip tracer trying to see where you work? easy as pie. get the list and start calling everyone to see if tthey know you. if its a business then maybe you work there, all it takes is a questions when someone asnwers...

Lets take this hypothectically:

# 3 - My husband works out of state, near his daughter and ex-wife- both of which are not particularly fond of me (I truly don't know why ) They would love to tell me news like that.

# 2 - A. most importantly. my husband hates a phone, especially a cell phone. He may use his 20 minutes a month.
B. I, on the other hand have growths from phone usuage.
C. I get the bills and pay them, he has no clue about things like that. (thank god there is no storm brewing the lightening would be awful)

# 1 - Not only do I have a badge and gun. I have 2 different badges and 2 different guns. When I target practice, I really don't like to exactly shoot center mass, it is usally along the lines of low center mass. As well as friends in high and low places if you catch my drift.

Besides all that, nothing is sacred nor private and if there is anyone out there that believes differently, you will soon have a reality check.
Look at the strips in your money, great tracking device for people that don't believe in reporting all income or don't like to use banks.
Soon actual money will be a thing of the past, plastic will replace it. All income and outgo can then be tracked...

pay as you go phones are not un-traceble. read the article closely. you will see that the way they do this is pose as you with your info that is given to them. then they get the info they want.

it might make it harder if you account has a password like mine does but i bet they can still try.

creditors already have some info on you. that in turn leads to more info. which in turn leads to more info.

im not saying it will work in your case.

you want me to try to get your phone number? ill start with you IP address, after that I will find the site you took that picture off off, then I will triangulate your location based on that info and BAM, i got ya.

Credit Hater...I think the thing is, your "Family" calls you, the skip tracers/collectors get THEIR records and then find you by perusing them...

That's how they find or can find you..Not that it bugs me, I'd tell them the same thing...

That is probably how Metropolitan Home Loans got my cell number. They don't stop. They also did an unauthorized pull on my wife Credit report for which they are about to get notice.

I'm not behind on them, I don't have a mortgage with them. I refi'd with another company and as I had never been late on house or vehicles was able to get a better rate with GMAC. They never had authorization to do any pulls and they did this recently, more than six months after i refiananced and a year after i talked to them.

did you talk to the manager at Metro Home Loans. It sounds like you are documenting this mess and gonna take action. I'd also record them.

Id call them directly each day and speak with the manager until it stopped. Even have your attorney call them maybe once. Just some ideas.
