    OK, I'm alive, Hey allllll....

Hello all my bankruptcy forum friends. Sorry I kept away for a while (again), there have been a lot of changes in my life.
I'm now living in Michigan, I will be attending college for the second time in my life, starting January 9th, can't wait. My little girl is enrolled in the local Head Start program and she's doing well. I'm also living in a nice townhouse on campus and my soon to be EX is far far away. It was hard moving in the middle of winter 4 days after I returned state side from Poland. I came back on a Wednesday at night and by Monday we drove off in our U-Hal. A new life and a new start. The unfortunate thing is that my EX won't leave us alone, he wants us back. Calls my cell constantly. He just can't take the rejection and he never saw this coming. Looser... We escaped when he left for his trip to California (truck driver). He still doesn't know exactly were we're at and I just sent him a separation agreement which he'll be sending back to me at a P.O. Box.
Anyway, enough of the sorry stuff. I have a new year in front of me, my little one and I are feeling pretty good about it.
Now, how in the world can I post some PICS from Poland on this forum. They're so big...

Glad to have you back and that most is well anyway. Good start to your new adventure.

My first husband had the stalking mentality. Remind him that there are laws against that and to leave you alone!!!!!!! Tell him you have many friends all over the place.

Going back to school is great. You have grown more and are serious about education etc. You will do great.

Keep in better touch and more often.
I'll be watching, you may never know when or how, but I'll be there. I am there now....

We sent posts "looking" for you... they are buried now 'neath layers of other Threads. HHM is in Thailand. How was the visit? Try your personal web pages with your services to post. You will have to resize the pics with a graphics program to post them.

Welcome home! And how did the young one fair? And is the dog happy in Poland? You and Tin should meet, have breakfast. I aim to meet Min on my next trip to Tennessee (if I can stomach 127 coming from the south, heck of a road from Jamestown to Pall Mall).

                Edytahome,
                About time you reported in!!!!
From the sounds of your post - your life is doing a 360 degree change.............
Guess the trip to Poland helped get your head on straight, gave you time to make decisions for the future, and found some much needed peace in your soul again......
Now you are on the path to reorganizing your life and that of your daughters.
Going back to school is GREAT..... nice challenge and a good way to get on with LIFE....
As for the EX - he probably saw it coming, just didn't think you would follow thru - most don't......
I'm sure he wants to keep in touch with his daughter (his-?)...... and that's rightfully good, he needs too. He is part of her life also...
Since he is "on the road" - keep him under supervised visitation for the safety of you child.....for the time being.... You don't want him dragging her to another state and spending a lot of money tracking him down and getting her back... Go for complete custody not joint ..... This way he has to help support her thru child support......
I'm sure he loves his daughter too....
You say he wants you all back..... ONce you make that decision to leave - it very seldom works out if you go back.... A dog doesn't change its spots - but sometimes you can change their habits.... If a relationship didn't work to the point that you left - what makes you think it would work if you go back??? Sometimes it's best to just leave it alone......

To bring you up-to-date, my house/land was auctioned off on Dec 3............Fortunately, the people that bought it let me buy it back from them...... (had it been anybody else, I wouldn't have had the opportunity)..... SOOOOOO, I am still in my home, and very happy about it..... and hopefully the Trustee will close my case soon (personally, I'm tired of fooling with him, enough is enough)....
Presently am getting everything together to start my lawsuit against all the parties that caused me this major problem in my life - it is PAYBACK TIME FOR THEM..... and I'm going for the jugular - cause I'm after blood!!!!

Welcome back, we have missed you and your input......

Keep us posted on how school is going and how smart you are getting, lol.....

                My Best to Ya,

If you are having trouble resizing the images and posting them I own eight Domain names, three of which have web space. If you want to PM me I can give you an email (which you will promise not to divulge) and you can send me the pics. I'll resize them and post them with your captions. I promise not to print reproduce or copy them in any other way and will delete them after afew days. There is no need for you to give me any personal info for the transaction.

Only do it if you really wish to post the pics and are unable by any means to post them yourself.

I hope that everything is going peacefully as far as your soon to be ex and that this year will bring you and yours prosperity. 2005 was a great, turbulent (like 2004 with four hurricanes), house damaging, property obtaining up down and around year for us. It was all in all a great year and even the memmories of this storm, like Andrew, are oddly something that we will remember fondly.

You know my interest in all things Polish. I have managed to find the full name of my "uncle", my fathers half brother on a website that lists the officers shot by the Russians back during the war. His full name is listed as is his town and appearently he was an official also in Siedlce (yes, my spelling is wrong) as well as an Army Officer. I have his picture when he was about three years old wearing a tiny Sailor Suit and sporting a "little John John" haircut. I have that along with my Grandfathers pic from graduation at Spandau Military academy with his Prussian Uniform and Spurs, Boots and the Imperial Eagle on his helmet.

I miss Poland now, it really grew on me, I miss my dog and my parents too. Alex (my dog) is doing well, my father takes him for an hour walk everyday in the woods so he loves it.
My daughter started Head Start here in Michigan and she's doing so so so well, she really needed to be around kids. She's 3 now and is learning at an astonishing rate. I love all my classes at school too, I'm taking an Anatomy and Physiology/Biology class, Psychology, Advanced Composition/English and a Medical Vocabulary class. Out of all of these I like the Biology the best, I have an awesome 76 year old professor who makes the class very interesting.
NO NO NO, I will not go back to my ex. Never! I feel so free and alive and I really think this is so good for us, even though we're busy. I took my little one to the college library today, she loved it. She picked out some books "If you give a mouse a cookie, If you take a mouse to school, If you give a moose a muffin, and if you give a pig a pancake". They're all so quite. I'm walking everywhere on campus and even started doing Yoga at night when I have some free time. I lost some weight because of the activity too, over all I just feel better. No way will I go back now even though I'm constantly being asked to and begged to.
Anyway, I promise to help out some folks on foreclosure issues when I have some spare time. I may as well contribute to the forum not just write about myself.

If I ever go back to school, it's gonna have to be VERY slow starting...

                          Hi again,

Geocites kept giving me a bandwidth message so I figured the pics weren't up. Finally saw them, they look great! The sites are absolutely beautiful. My wife wants to take a vacation, well we did last summer, that does not involve cannons, forts or museums. She also wants to go to Colombia which is great for me, Cartagena has some excellent cannons, forts and museums!

Glad you guys had a great time. What a nice escape from the pressure cooker. That cute, tiny blonde little bundled up thing looks like she fit right in and was probably considered a native!
