its no different then being attacked in a store or out on the street. if such comments can be upheld as harrassment on the street (i didnt read what they said) then it will stand up in court easy. it really is no difference. you have personal responsability for how you deal with people. freedom of speech doesnt mean all other laws are set aside.

just like right to bear arms doesnt mean you can use it to shoot someone at all costs lol. i know no one thinks of it in that lunatic kind of way but it helps make the point.

One guy said another guy was mean to him. THAT guy said the first guy started it. The claim also says that the 2nd guy drove to OH and took pics of the 1st guys house and posted them on the internet. Guy 2 says he has never geen to OH & doesn't have time to go as he works 60 hours a week and there is nothing there he is interested in anyhow. Apparently they've been bickering in chat rooms for 4+ years.

You must not have kids..... If you show a 5yr a pic of a girl and a boy, unless they have mixed gender traits, they would be able to tell the difference. In example....he notice the pony tail hairstyle and associated it with being a girl, however he knew there was an unusual difference with the facial features, hence the reason why he asked!!! "Why does that girl look like that? "
