Min, I think we need to settle on Lake Tansi so we have the Fairfield lot for sale. It is not one of the junk lots on ebay. It is gently sloped mountainside with all utilities and an unreal view. It is cleared and we are asking alot more than we paid. It is a lovely plot of land, nearly one acre. It took alot of online time to find it and then time and $$$ to go and inspect and close.

The problem is that it is expensive to build in Fairfield, in Tansi the same home costs much less. I want the amenities of both so likely i'll buy a junk lot in Fairfield just to be a member. Besides I like the more laid back atmosphere of Lake Tansi and the fact that i can slip my boat in the water and make waves. All of fairfields lakes are no wake, but they are lovely beyond belief. There are afew to many uppity restrictions up there in FF, I don't want to deal with that after i leave. I'm putting my six foot PINK plastic chicken beside my mailbox when i move, because I can!!!

My youngest son and I are taking our rifles this time and plan to spend a couple of days camping in Cumberland Park (no guns there of course). But we have bought a 4 ft. Deer made of plastic and the morning we leave we will surprise my wife by tying it to the hood of the van and sprinkling some ground beef blood around. She will laugh and get a kick from it.
