    Dang... that was long. But I didnt read the whole thing my eyes are starting to hurt BUT unless ur lease actually states who's responsible for rodents its usually the OWNER of the property not the renter and here in NYC its the OWNERS responsibility to properly have extermination services if needed.

                  The previous renters skipped out and were druggies.

                  The neighbor has many run ins with him regarding property lines, dead trees and the house in general.

                    I told the landlords office to never send that man back and if they did I would call the police on his because of the intimidation factor.

                      okay, had a chance to read this again between appointments. Good move, should have told them, also not to come unless husband there because of what was said. Demand 24 hr notices, your communications should all be in writing going forward. document document document.
