    Rental House Update! Closing Fees UpdateYAY!!

    Since the last thread was thrown off topic I figured Id just start another.

    The people that came this afternoon are renting it!

    The landlord said they were heading back to his office to sign the lease!


    YAY!!!!!

    Estimate on closing costs for the house on Friday around $1,150

            Great news Jeepmom. I am so happy for you that you get your new house this week and you got a new renter just in the nik of time. Are you all packed and ready to go? Are the kids excited? Has it been hard living in an apartment/townhome with two kids? AFter what mtg-banker-ohio guy said my house payment will be going up I might be in the same boat. Anyways, Congrats!!!

              We've been renting a house. The worst part has been no garage but a car port. We now have 4 vehicles plus a lot of normal garage stuff. I'm ready for Friday. DH says we'll start moving stuff over next Friday and move in over the holiday weekend. So far he's got one guy to help with the big stuff.

              I'm just excited this place isn't going to be a burden on my shoulders.
