Hi StartingOver08. today was day 66 when i checked pacer this after noon under Status this is what it said.

Ok when i go on PACER Under Status it a has im a no asset:Case Number:
and says date filed 11/08/2008 and dat discharged 2/12/2009

Under Pending Status .in the Box under Status it says "Awaiting Trustee Report".

Under Begin Date it has today date. 2/12/2009

under time in status it says 0days


Under Status Set By it says "Order Discharging Debtor"


So from what im reading on Pacer looks like i was Discharged today which was the 66 day but it looks like im waiting on a Reoprt from the Trustee does this sound right,..
