    The statement for the trustee also had $3072 showing owed, does the trustee condtinue to gather and hold the rest of the 60 month payments and give me a big refund or will the trustee stop the wage deduction,, thanks for the assistance

    it appears i will be paid out early, my plan listed more money owed than i really owed apparently, i dont know if it was a mistake by my lawyer or an adjustment from the IRS, i was wondering what will happen after it was paid out and there was still months remaining on the plan

    I have a question for you... when u say early out... Does that mean you paid the total amount you have to pay before the 60 mths. Do they allow you to pay extra twds that if say u get a tax refund or hit the lottery (not likely since u gotta play to win )
