Well, I called my friendly BofA rep yesterday to discuss our current situation (no change) and was told that two of the accounts are being charged off today, and didn't I want to try to keep that from happening? Well, sure...

It was a little funny, this rep offered to settle all 4 accounts for 27k (saving me 50k), I laughed a little and said, Wow! that's 11.5k higher than the last offer! Such a deal, too bad I can't afford either lol.
