I just posted on the 25th, wondering about how WAMU would handle our account based on what someone posted in the forums.

So... WAMU had assigned our account to Van Ru collection agency when it was 109 days past due... I DV'd them - they sent me a letter dated Dec 11th... then I never heard from them again and WAMU just resumed sending monthly statements in Jan (they never sent one in Dec).

Now I just got a call from IC Systems (now I have their number tagged and won't answer again) and the account has been assigned to them. Asked her for debt validation... we'll see where it goes from here.
