Congratulations on your final payment!!! I believe I got my discharge within 4-6 weeks after I did a final payoff that they calculated. My attorney told me that my trustee is usually slow so he claimed to use some kind of play in his dealings that help me get it sooner. -
I also burned Chase through my Chapter 13 filings but they kept my checking account with direct deposit open the whole time. Once my BK discharged I got the recommended 3 credit cards of Bank of America (2k limit/0 annual fee), Ally's (2k limit/0 annual fee) and Credit One ($300 limit with $75 annual...Leave a comment:
