Timing is critical. If you need more treatment after you file then you are screwed. I waited 8 years to file for client after she died. Husband on hook for about 50K after she first came in. Poor thing. She would come in stressed and ashamed. She was judgment proof. He was not. Takes wayyyyyy too much... -
Should not file 11 for small business. They never survive. Only money made is attorney and Trustee....Leave a comment:
