Completed or Not So Completed Chapter 13
I finished my plan in Jan but just received my discharge last week. My mortgage company was the hold up and they were not in the plan. Only one problem they owed the trustee money and decide to take one of my mortgage payments to may them. My attorney and the Trustee both were aware of this problem... -

Hello Everyone. Not here to rant. I successfully completed my Chapter 13 but it was a painful process. If I can help anyone to avoid some of the obstacles, I ran into I will be glad to share my experience. -
