Credit Cards in another Country while in Ch 13
I have two credit cards and one service card (amex) in Mexico and I am wondering if I will be able to use them while in Ch 13. Has anyone had this situation? If I used them, will trustee be able to find out this? Should I disclose these when filing Ch 13? I am assuming the answer it is yes, but want... -
Thank you, Carmella, for sharing your insights. I currently have six credit cards and two personal loans, while my wife has three credit cards. Starting this month, I’ve only been using one card and my Amex service card, but I’ll follow your advice and stop using them altogether.
