Recently filed Chapter 13. Unemployment benefits will come to an end sometime next year. Once this happens, it will be difficult to continue making payments into the plan, since will then be $1,600/month less.
If we want to then amend the plan, do the rules of the means test still...

Question about adding a creditor
I realized I forgot to add one bill to the BK. I'm going to amend the petition to include them. Does anyone know if I need to turn in the entire MML again, with the new creditor added, or if I just create a new MML for any new creditors added? Thanks. -
Documents our Trustee wants
We received the notice to turn over our 2006 and 2007 tax returns, which I'd already printed, at least a week in advance of the 341 meeting. There wasn't any information about what else the trustee might want, so I got brave and emailed his office. I actually "e-spoke" with the trustee himself....
