Hi, lost my job in 2008 and i filed a chapter 7 in march 2009. They took my tax refund in 2009 and about $2,000 i had on hand to pay creditors. My mom has been living with me since 2007 and I didn't know I can claim her as a dependendt since she is not working and I provide all her living expenses....
