I filed Pro Se, my 341 is June 19th. Am I supposed to list the person who has sued me as a creditor? And if so, do I list the crazy amount I was sued for as the amount of claim?

After I filed my chapter 13 bankruptcy, I was served papers on a civil suit. The Chapter 13 is till ongoing and is due to be discharged next year.
