I filed with a board-certified attorney, individually even though I'm married, no-asset, and supplied all my paperwork to the lawyer quite early.

What's the deal? Are they backed up? What causes a later discharge?

We are a no asset case. We have had no disputes and we are now at 70 days still awaiting discharge on PACER.

Has anyone else had this happen?
