What did most landlords require/request from you when you tried to rent their property knowing that you have a bankruptcy and foreclosure on your credit history. I want to be completely...

I'm planning on filing Ch 7 on July 5th and I'm not really optimistic I will be able to keep my house. Some facts:

* Feb 2011 - stopped paying 1st mortgage (Wells Fargo)
* Mar 2011 - stopped paying 2nd mortgage (PNC Bank)
