Can anybody on the forum recommend a good lawyer for Chap 13 in Dallas area? I need a quick filing.
and do not have time to search for a lawyer.
Need to stop a wage garnishment in process.
I had a loan from Illinois where I used to live
I now live and work in Texas. But my payroll department and paystub is done in Conneticut. The creditor sent the Wage assignment note I had signed to the Payroll and they agreed to garnish the wages even though I'am in texas and work for them in texas.
He did not even have to go to court as I thought.
Please help me with a good BK lawyer. I knew I will end up here but did not think this will happen so quick. Can anybody send me a private mail if no recommendation can be done in posting?
