signature loan listed as cc debt ?

I noticed while looking at my schedules on pacer that an american express signature loan is listed as a credit card account. should I notify my attorney to make a correction? or should I not worry because signature loan is unsecured debt.

I would contact them. It is important that all creditors are listed correctly. You don't want some "technacality" later down the road show up and have AMEX with there hand out saying pay up buddy!!
