I spoke with my bk lawyer yesterday, and she said that it is unlikely that cc companies or anyone for that matter will dispute or object to a discharge if it is over 6 months old. Does anyone have any experience dealing with cc companies before and during the bk? Also, how have your 341 mtgs went? I am just nervous..that is all. :o

Hmm wish I knew Im in the process now have a meeting set for the end of march but the other day I got a summons from one of my cc's. My lawyer took care of that, but I was wondering does this mean they are going to dispute it. People say they probably won't show up, but it is still scary! Wish it were over.
I have heard the 341 meetings are easy lasts maybe 5 minutes with simple questions. Just be honest my lawyer said. So I am hoping no creditors shows up and it is as simple as what I have heard.
