    I am thinking the flags had to be put into place for them to get the extension... At least that is what I am hoping..

      I am not sure what you are asking?

      At any rate, any party in interest, i.e. trustee, creditor, or the U.S. Trustee may file a 727 Objection and seek a Rule 2004 exam. However, the Rule 2004 exam is most often requested by the U.S. Trustee (realize that the U.S. Trustee is part of the Department of Justice, and is different than the BK Trustee...the U.S. Trustee is looking for fraud or abuse of process).

      What do you want to know? Without seeing who filed what, I am not sure what you want.

        I found the definitions on the pacer site...

        Meansno = NO
        727obj = Objection to the Discharge of the Debtor

        The 727 was entered by the trustee which I have two of by a DOJ attorney. That is when they requested all the documents to prove where the money went.. So at this point it is just a waiting game... The 727obj was the reason they gave for the request for extension to review my case.. The Meansno flag is a bit confusing... as it does not list which flag was entered first..

        Sorry answered my own questions.. ;)
