PayPal "Credit" Card Issued By Chase Bank

I have a PayPal "Credit Card" -- it's actually more like a debit card since I can only take out what is in my account from sales. There is no credit associated with it although it has the MasterCard logo on it.

I was just reading the back and it states "issued by JP Morgan Chase Bank to a license by MasterCard International".

I will be including Chase Bank in my bankruptcy.

Are they able to touch my funds in PayPal???

Probably not. Remember, once you file BK, an automatic stay goes in place the is supposed to stop all attempts by creditors to get money from you...and generally, the major players, to play silly games like that (its usually the credit unions and payday loan places that well attempt to debit an account even in the face of the automatic stay.)

When I file, there won't be any money left in there since I'm selling stuff to pay for the lawyer. But it just caught me off guard last night when I looked and saw it was a Chase debit card.
