1st post Credit report ???

My first post here and what to say you guys are a wealth of knowledge and helpful input so kudos to all of you

I am waiting for my discharge which i hope to be soon...and am reviewing my credit report and wanted to know about the30-60-90-120-150 late days listed. know if i am being reported as late after the date i filed can i dispute that? if this was already discussed i apologize, but i did search first

I am in GA does it take any longer for the discharge there?

Stricly speaking, they should stop reporting any "additional" late payments from the date you filed your BK. However, prior late payments can still be reported.

BK is Federal so the proposed timeline is the same. The differences in how quickly paperwork gets tended to appears to go according to how busy your particular Trustee is.

If your Trustee has a lower work load, things seem to get processed quicker. If your Trustee has bigger case loads, things seem to move a bit slower.

who should i contact first when/ if i get discharged, concerning my credit report issues. do i contact the credit agency or the cc company?

i had a car that i surrendered that is now showing up twice on my cr, i think it was for the unpaid balance after auction, is this normal?
