    Pucker Time - Finally Filed

Well we filed yesterday.... finally. Our 341 meeting is December 8th and our atty (being a former trustee himself) said we drew a good judge and good trustee.

So now we begin holding our breath......

No need to pucker...if anything you should relax...the hardest step is "filing" the case. You have already done 95% of the work of a bankruptcy case by filing, the rest is relatively easy. If you have an attorney who used to be a trustee, you are probably in good hands and he would have informed you of any issues you should anticipate.

Bask in the glow of knowing that you have now filed BK and you have taken the first step to turning your financial life around.

        Good luck.

HHM is right. This is the time to relax. Sit back and enjoy what we all hope is a smooth ride to Discharge and a Fresh Start.

I am not an attorney. My comments are based on personal experience and research. Always consult an attorney in your area to address concerns related to your particular situation.
