2nd foreclosure w/in bk 13

my husband and i had 2 homes before bk and lost one when we filed. my husband and I are only 26 and 28 and have decided we have a lot of time to rebuild our credit and are thinking of foreclosing our current home and just rent. My question is, the condo we lost took 7 mos to foreclose, will our house take that long? If we dont make the payments for 7 months, will the court question us why we didnt make the payments? Also arent we allowed to modify the plan, meaning , i have to increase my monthly budget to make sure that the court doesnt take every extra money I have. Has anyone been through the same thing ?

I am not sure about the house issue, but if you do have a significant increase in salary to offset bills, yes you do need to amend your plan.

i spoke w/ my attorney and he said i will not have to ammend the plan. I am just hoping that he's right. I just had a 5k increase and promotion and that I have not mentioned to him,....that is because he doesnt ask. I have asked him if I have to show 6 months worth paystubs again and he said i dont have to. He also said that I can stay at my house until it forecloses....
