Credit Monitoring Companies... Who else is there?

I have had nothing but problems lately with TrueCredit. Everything was working fine until about 2 weeks ago, when for some reason, I could not access my report or update it. After about 5 calls to customer service...THEY ARE WORTHLESS... I closed my account with them. All customer service says is, "I will reset your account and try back in 5 minutes." 5 minutes later...still frozen...call again. Call back again. Then they give you an 800 # to reach a supervisor and tech who will fix everything. Well guess what... I was on hold forever, only to have the line go dead after 40 mintues of holding. Again I say... THEY ARE WORTHLESS!!!
So, now I need another credit monitoring service. Has anyone else had any luck elsewhere? I need a company where I can update and view regularly...often. There are alot of recent changes to my file and I am trying to clean up the reports.

Welp, when dealing with the credit bureaus, you aren't going to get good customer service. They make it hard for you to contact them for a reason, so that hopefully people will get discouraged and 'waste' less of their time. It doesn't really matter which one of the 3 you go to, you're going to run into the same crap. If you buy from anywhere else than the credit bureaus themselves, then you're just dealing with a middle man.

I guess I expected poor customer service from the regular credit bureau...most of what they do for consumers is free. But, since I paid for the credit monitoring each month, I thought that I'd be getting some customer service support with that payment...stupid me.

If anyone has a different company and they are satisfied...please let me know.
